Design Perspective

Pamela approaches clothing as wearable architecture—pieces that do more than adorn the body, but express ideas, emotion, and intellect.

Her work often explores structure and fluidity simultaneously: sharp, angular forms balanced with soft movement, unexpected cutouts, and layered textiles that create depth and dimension. Inspired by nature, anatomy, and sculpture, each garment is designed to engage both the eye and the mind.

Pamela’s work has been widely recognized for its exceptional construction and originality. During her casting on Project Runway, mentor Tim Gunn described her garments as “among the most beautifully constructed” he had ever seen.

Her designs have been featured in publications including Marie Claire, Stitches, SOCO, and Threads, and exhibited internationally in New York City and Nice, France. She has also appeared on television programs across NFL Network, HGTV, and ABC.

She later transitioned into fashion, freelancing in couture sewing and embellishment for Paris and New York collections while developing her own line. Her work spans one-of-a-kind couture pieces, ready-to-wear collections, and custom garments for private clients.
